- Provide technical support for Prober Station systems to key customers such as Samsung Electronics and SK hynix
- Support equipment stabilization and yield improvement in high-volume manufacturing lines
- Develop and optimize applications based on customer requirements
- Deliver technical training and support to customer engineers
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues promptly
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve equipment performance in production environments
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Support new tool evaluation, qualification, and ramp-up
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment application or field engineering experience.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Manage and work together with distributor engineers (for 10+ years of experience)
- Willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Samsung Electronics or SK Hynix
- Experience with parametric or reliability testing
- Understanding Silicon photonic

Education & Experience:
Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience | Required
