About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator supports brand and marketing teams by managing a wide range of projects, processes, and tools that enable efficient execution of marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure timely delivery, consistency, and operational excellence across brands.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the Monthly Global Newsletter, coordinating content with brand teams, ensuring use of approved templates, and submitting final versions on behalf of Riviana Marketing.
  • Coordinate website updates as requested, including packaging updates, NFT changes, and other digital content revisions.
  • Lead coupon creation and tracking, including artwork coordination, printing, shipping, and performance tracking.
  • Manage sample requests, coordinating deliveries for marketing cuttings and NPD development.
  • Oversee NPD Sales Kit development, leading annual vendor engagement, timelines, and fulfillment (3–4 month annual initiative).
  • Lead vendors on marks and 3D renderings for NPD image development while coordinating feedback with brand teams.
  • Support product cutting notes and photography, capturing images, gathering feedback, and documenting results using standardized templates.
  • Test and implement AI tools for asset development, following brand-defined requirements and documenting learnings.
  • Conduct consumer insight and category trend tracking, including research on flavors, social trends, AI usage, competitive launches, and retail promotions.
  • Test and validate Upsiide and other online research tools, ensuring survey logic and functionality perform as intended.
  • Lead Flavor Sort design projects, managing creation of 50+ flavors at a time, directing graphics development, coordinating feedback, and exploring AI-supported workflows.
  • Provide eCommerce support, including retailer content audits, competitive tracking, and exploration of AI tools for optimization.
  • Maintain new distribution, acceptance, and loss tracking, coordinating listing updates and managing monthly distribution reporting.
  • Build and maintain a Marketing Playbook Library, establishing a centralized database of best practices, tools, and processes.
  • Coordinate in-person meetings, including room scheduling, directions, and food arrangements for larger group meetings and visitors.
  • Manage new item setup, initiating, tracking, and ensuring completion of all new items across brands from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and timelines simultaneously
  • Vendor and cross-functional coordination experience
  • High attention to detail and process orientation
  • Curiosity and adaptability with emerging tools, including AI
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working Conditions

  • Able to use a variety of communication methods on a frequent basis
  • Ability to operate a keyboard.
