We’re growing our kitchen teams and are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join us across odd saint and Margo’s.


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef ready to take ownership of a section, contribute to a high-performing kitchen team, and be part of two of Queenstown’s most vibrant dining venues.


About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering quality, consistency, and efficiency during service.

You will:



  • Confidently run your own section during busy service periods.
  • Maintain high food standards, presentation, and consistency in line with FHG expectations.
  • Lead by example in preparation, organisation, and time management.
  • Assist with training and supporting junior kitchen team members.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional kitchen culture.
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health & safety standards are upheld at all times.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations.


Previous experience in a similar Chef de Partie role is required.
