We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technician to join our esteemed Diagnostic Imaging team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services using computed tomography (CT) technology. This position requires a thorough understanding of radiologic procedures, patient care protocols, and safety standards to ensure accurate imaging while minimizing radiation exposure. As a Technician, you will collaborate closely with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide vital diagnostic information for patient care and treatment planning. Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to perform high-quality diagnostic scans according to physician orders and protocols.
• Prepare and position patients accurately to ensure clear and precise imaging results while maintaining their comfort and safety.
• Maintain detailed records of imaging procedures, patient data, and equipment maintenance logs in compliance with hospital policies.
• Ensure strict adherence to radiation safety standards and infection control policies to protect patients and staff.
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and other medical professionals to review images and provide necessary clinical support.
• Assist in the calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CT equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Educate patients and families regarding the CT imaging process and answer any queries to alleviate concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a degree or certificate program in Radiology.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or required to obtain within thirty (30) days of hire.
• Active ARRT and TMB License.
• Preferred experience in CT/X-Ray technology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Ability to operate complex imaging machinery and perform routine quality assurance checks independently.
• Capacity to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy and patient care.
