Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Perform all carpentry and labor tasks necessary to the successful completion of the project.
- Support all Project Managers and Carpentry staff as needed.
- Ensure the site is consistently clean, orderly, safe for all interactions, and secure from unauthorized access and weather impacts, minimizing disruption to the client
- Assist with material runs, site maintenance/housekeeping, and building inspections.
- Facilitate subcontractor site work and coordinate site services such as rubbish collection, portable toilets, and cranes.
- Represent the company positively during client interactions and monitor client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong interest in the design-build construction trade, with a willingness to learn and grow into a full-time carpenter role.
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and manage time efficiently.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and readiness to take on new challenges.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
