Job Description

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Perform all carpentry and labor tasks necessary to the successful completion of the project.
  • Support all Project Managers and Carpentry staff as needed.
  • Ensure the site is consistently clean, orderly, safe for all interactions, and secure from unauthorized access and weather impacts, minimizing disruption to the client
  • Assist with material runs, site maintenance/housekeeping, and building inspections.
  • Facilitate subcontractor site work and coordinate site services such as rubbish collection, portable toilets, and cranes.
  • Represent the company positively during client interactions and monitor client satisfaction.
