Responsibilities:

• Work with a faculty research advisor within the School of Computing and Engineering on a mutually agreed upon research project.


• Student will be required to do a thesis for the Computer Science MS Program.


• Student is expected to publish and/or present their work at conferences relevant to their field of research.

Qualifications:

• Be self-motivated and able to work independently


• Show an interest and passion for area of research


• Strong oral and written communication skills


• Willingness to engage in the School of Computing and Engineering community, including presenting research progress internally


• Must be a current graduate student in the School of Computing and Engineering’s Computer Science Master’s program.

Hours of Position:

• Up to 20 hours per week
