POSITION DETAILS:

SHIFT: 5PM - 9PM

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday

Hourly Rate: $20.50

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under direct supervision, performs routine cleaning and maintenance duties in an assigned area within a commercial building, office, or manufacturing setting to ensure the health, safety, and environmental standard for everyone within the facility. This position requires carpet cleaning extractor knowledge to clean carpet throughout the office spaces as needed for the entire shift. 

DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all office areas and non-production employee lounge.


• Responsible for carpet extraction cleaning


• Needs to be able to do commercial floor buffing, waxing and stripping. 


• Dusting and disinfect equipment, furniture, and/or fixtures, etc...


• Responsible for removing trash in office areas and non-production employee lounge.


• Clean and sanitize restrooms daily


• Cleaning of windows in conference rooms and management offices, etc...


• Stoking of supplies throughout the office.


• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
