What you’ll be digging into:
- Planting, spraying, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and watering nursery stock
- Cutting and transplanting seedlings and cuttings (yes, propagation magic happens here)
- Potting, spacing, selecting, and labeling plants with care and accuracy
- Keeping an eye on plant health and helping everything grow strong and healthy
- Pulling orders, cleaning plants, and loading them for delivery
- Keeping the nursery clean, safe, and running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- A love for working outdoors in all kinds of weather
- Willingness to do physical work (lifting, standing, moving—this isn’t a desk job)
- Nursery, landscaping, or ag experience is a plus, but we’re happy to help you grow your skills
