Job Title: AR & Billing Clerk
Pay: $19 – $23 per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Roanoke, VA (in-office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (full-time with benefits)

What You’ll Actually Do (and secretly love):

• Create beautiful, accurate invoices from all our sales channels and watch the money flow in
• Manage Accounts Receivable like a pro — posting payments, chasing friendly collections, and keeping customer accounts squeaky clean
• Master sales tax across multiple states (yes, you’ll become the company’s tax-rate wizard)
• Handle daily cash drawer closeouts and credit card processing with ninja-level precision
• Calculate and cut commission checks so our sales team can celebrate
• Dive into NetSuite, build helpful Excel magic, and support month-end close like the accounting rockstar you are
• Be the reliable backup who can jump in anywhere because you just get the numbers

You Are:

• Obsessed with details and accuracy (typos make you twitch — in a good way)
• Intermediate-to-pro with Microsoft Excel
• A quick learner who retains info like a sponge
• Super reliable, deadline-obsessed, and flexible
• Someone who thinks “numbers are fun” is a completely normal personality trait

Bonus points if you’ve got an Associate’s in Accounting/Business or 3+ years of real-world AR/billing experience.
