As part of our team, we will provide you with leads from millions of renters who have used our award-winning service. Your primary role will be to follow up with these leads, provide exceptional customer service, and assist them in finding their dream home.
We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy engaging with others and want a full-time role that actually supports them. No desk fees. No leads you're expected to hunt down yourself. No commission-only setup dressed up as an opportunity.

Locator Responsibilities
- Help renters find apartments that match their rental preferences
- Work 180+ new leads per month (we provide the leads)
- Maintain your database of prospects (past, present and future) using our proprietary software
- Close leases and achieve quarterly sales quotas
- Build strong relationships with property managers and leasing agents to ensure accurate and up-to-date apartment listings.
- 100+ calls per day. Frequent follow up via phone, email and text message
- Stay up-to-date on apartment market trends and rental rates in assigned areas.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
