Assumes responsibility for the entire program which includes: 

1. Coaching the elementary school program 


2. Implements district athletic department policies. 


3. Works with the school Principal 


4. Communicating the game schedule.


5. Remains with students and supervises them at competitions. 


6. Cares for athletes and injured athletes. 


7. Cares for, maintains and oversees the storage of all equipment and uniforms.


8. Maintains a positive relationship with other coaches.


9. Leads by example regarding promotion of sportsmanship. 


10. Apply and enforce student discipline during athletic contests, practice sessions,  in accordance with Student Code of Conduct and student handbook.
