We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Swedesboro, NJ. In this role, you will help support pet owners and veterinary clients through exceptional service, while contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.
The Basics
Location: Swedesboro, NJ (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Six weeks paid training; post-training hybrid 11:30 AM–8 PM with rotating Saturdays
Compensation: Starting at $18/hour plus bonus opportunities

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Deliver exceptional service to customers with empathy and professionalism
• Navigate patient and prescriber systems to support prescription needs
• Support orders, account updates, and service requests
• Collaborate across pharmacy and fulfillment teams
• Maintain quality customer interactions via phone and chat
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service/call center experience preferred
• Pharmacy technician experience a plus
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Detail oriented with collaborative mindset
