Job Description

Design the systems that keep communities running. We plan and design the underground infrastructure that delivers clean water, safely conveys wastewater, and manages stormwater for communities of all sizes. In the role of Civil Engineer focusing on water infrastructure, you’ll work on essential public systems that protect public health, support growth, and improve everyday life.

Job Duties

  • Lead the design or water infrastructure systems, site, and roadway improvements.
  • Manage project development, proposals, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Prepare engineering plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents.
  • Collaborate with municipalities, utilities, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support permitting, funding applications, and coordination with regulatory agencies.
  • Oversee construction administration and ensure projects meet expectations.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor emerging engineers.
  • Contribute to business development and proposal efforts as you grow into a trusted advisor.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000 per year
