Job Description

We're Steel Tool & Engineering, and we're hiring passionate full-time Aerospace Production Associates to join our team in Michigan!


HERE'S THE DEAL:

  • Competitive Pay: Starting at $18.25+ based on experience
  • Schedule: 12 pm - 10:30 pm OR 3:30 pm - 2 am

YOU'LL THRIVE AS AN AEROSPACE PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE IF YOU ENJOY:

  • Operating presses to stamp, form, and shape precision metal components
  • Performing sheet metal fabrication with accurate cuts and bends
  • Executing EDM machining for intricate aerospace parts
  • Inspecting finished products to meet strict industry specifications

YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU:

  • Have hands-on experience with press operations, sheet metal work, saw cutting, and EDM machining
  • Can read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Are detail-oriented with strong mechanical aptitude
  • Can lift up to 50 lbs and work safely with heavy machinery
  • Are team-oriented and committed to quality and safety
