As the contact for client transitions, the transition associate must perform the job duties with a view towards projecting a full-service product for each service provided to the client as it pertains to transitions needs. Communication with the internal team and management companies and providing great service to the client in a friendly and helpful manner is essential. This position ensures company policies and procedures are being adhered to as they pertain to client transitions.

Duties and Essential Functions

· Complete new client tickets for all developer and new clients.
· Set up developer and new clients in KWPM Lynk, Vantaca, Nexus, ClickPay, and KWIC.
· Create the welcome package draft for new clients. Once approved, eblast and mail the welcome package.
· Submit coupon order for new clients.
· Confirm the banking department has set up all bank accounts, new and existing, in Vantaca.
· Confirm ClickPay is active for all new clients.
· Send payment portal eblast for new clients.
· Upload homeowner balances.
· Confirm late fees prior mgmt was charging and in the governing documents.
· Communicate professionally and effectively with internal team members.
· Provide new management company with departing client’s accounting reports.
· Copy files from KWPM Lynk in a flash-drive or OneDrive for new management.
· Deactivate departed clients in KWPM Lynk, Vantaca, Nexus, ClickPay, and KWIC.
Work Setting
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works indoors in an office setting.

Position type
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company.
Travel
Some travel will be required to attend company sponsored meetings, trainings, and property visits when necessary.
Required Experience and Skills
- Must have at least 1 years of experience working in transition or onsite property management; Preferred 2-3 years of experience.
- High school diploma or GED
- Computer Savvy
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational, analytical, and research skills
- Keyboarding ability with accuracy at 45-50 words a minute
- Proven ability and desire to work in a number intensive environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic business environment
