The Springs of Jonesboro is seeking a Part-Time or PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our exceptional in-house rehab team. If you’re passionate about helping residents regain independence and thrive, we’d love to have you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans focused on improving daily living skills and independence

• Accurately document treatments and resident progress in accordance with regulatory guidelines

• Collaborate with rehab, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed COTA in the state of Arkansas

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Dependable, flexible, and motivated to provide high-quality, compassionate care
