Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time (35 Hours/Week)

Cincinnati, Ohio | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC)

Are you a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who loves helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life? Do you enjoy working in a supportive environment where your skills truly make a difference? If so, Aventura at West Park would love to meet you!

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented COTA to join our therapy team full-time (35 hours per week). In this role, you’ll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping our residents achieve their highest level of function and independence.

What You’ll Do

  • Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to help residents improve daily living skills

  • Document patient progress and communicate with the therapy team

  • Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to support resident outcomes

  • Create a positive, encouraging therapy environment for residents

What We’re Looking For

  • Current COTA license in the state of Ohio

  • Passion for working with the geriatric population

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but motivated candidates are welcome to apply
