Waitstaff – Mountain Creek
Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: F&B Manager

Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge.
How the Waitstaff works with the Team:
Provide our guests with the information necessary to make a dining/drinking selections by performing a menu tour. Serve food/drink selections to guests and create an unforgettable dining experience.
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Be knowledgeable about the products and the services Mountain Creek provides
- Serve the guests’ selections in a manner that is consistent with Mountain Creek‘s policies and procedures
- Report all tips in accordance with company policies
- Serve to our guests our food products following all safety procedures
- Be knowledgeable about the techniques used to prepare our food and drink products
- Responsible for accurate cash and credit transactions
- 100% compliance with liquor and health department laws Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor
Team Member Qualifications:

- 1-2 years experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Previous food service & POS experience a plus
- Professional, mature, and friendly demeanor
- Must be 18 years of age or older
