As a Patient Access Representative, you’ll serve as a reliable first point of contact for our patients—greeting them, registering visits, verifying insurance, answering calls, and scheduling appointments using established workflows. Success in this role comes from attention to detail, steady follow-through, and comfort working within clear processes and expectations.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and check in patients in a calm, professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, resolve routine questions, and route requests accurately.
- Collect, review, and verify demographic and insurance information with a high level of accuracy.
- Schedule appointments using documented protocols and clinic guidelines.
- Communicate clearly with physicians, nurses, and care teams to support smooth patient flow.
- Maintain organized front desk operations so each visit stays on track.

Qualifications
- Clear, courteous communicator with patients and teammates.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working across phones, in-person interactions, and computer systems.
- Able to follow established procedures, checklists, and workflows from start to finish.
- Healthcare or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Dependable, steady under pressure, and committed to doing quality work.
