Lead HHA Recruiter

Job Summary:

Four Seasons Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead HHA Recruiter to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified HHAs to meet the staffing needs of our organization

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit for the role

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to secure job referrals

• Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments with hiring managers

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate data

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies

• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to overcome recruitment challenges

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, healthcare, or a related field

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information

• Languages: Trilingual- Spanish, Creole & Spanish
