- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Commercial Sales Representatives and Job Trackers to meet service levels and project deadlines
- Oversee workload distribution and team performance to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all customer deliverables
- Deliver consistent and comprehensive project quotations aligned with pricing strategies
- Build and strengthen relationships between customers and the sales team through a structured and proactive approach
- Provide technical expertise on products and systems, ensuring the team can confidently support customer needs
- Act as a subject matter expert on systems such as Salesforce, Mincron, Logic Track, and Beacon Pro Plus
- Collaborate with sales teams to negotiate pricing and ensure competitive project execution
- Manage order entry, material allocation, and coordination with supply chain and branch operations
- Develop and communicate clear project schedules with customers and internal stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, service delivery, and customer satisfaction
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in commercial sales, job tracking, or inside sales within a distribution or construction environment
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Strong technical understanding of products and systems within the industry
- Proficiency with business systems such as Salesforce, Mincron, Logic Track, and Beacon Pro Plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual (English/French) required
