This outstanding opportunity allows you to supply significantly to our Finance/Insurance operations by authoritatively handling essential regulatory and client-focused processes. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring flawless compliance and outstanding client happiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete required government forms, including 5500, Schedule SB/MB, AFN, and PBGC comprehensive filings within prescribed IRS and DoL timings.
  • Provide tracking and monitoring assistance in valuations.
  • Prepare correspondence for required client contributions, disclosure, or valuation reports.
  • Maintain precise system data, identifying details pertinent to filings and raising issues when necessary.
  • Communicate upcoming regulatory deadlines and send periodic reminders for approaching deliverables.
  • Track upcoming timing requirements for a large group of clients, anticipating any challenges due to organizational workload or regulation updates.
  • Estimate future workload capacity and follow up on outstanding queries, advancing for support in a timely manner.
  • Prioritize tasks based on vitality and importance.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of business tools, volunteer for testing, and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Keep up to speed with changes in the regulatory environment and technological advancements.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 4-7 years of prior experience in a related industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven track record to supervise and handle workflows efficiently.
  • Strong communication abilities, particularly in articulating compliance timelines and deliverables.
  • Ability to estimate and manage workload.
  • Proven track record in maintaining accurate system information and advancing issues as vital.

Additional Information:

Shift time :5:30 Pm to 2:30 AM for initial months and after that 1:30 pm to 10:30 PM
