Role Summary:

As a fast paced, innovative oil and gas company, we’re looking for a data driven and analytically sharp Supply Chain Analytics & Data Lead to join our Supply Chain team in Oklahoma City. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the data infrastructure, reporting, and analytical capabilities that drive smarter supply chain decisions across the business. You will develop dashboards, perform spend and performance analyses, and provide actionable insights that help Flywheel optimize procurement, inventory, supplier performance, and overall supply chain efficiency.



 



Responsibilities:




  • Analytics & Reporting:




  • Design, build, and maintain supply chain dashboards and KPI reporting to provide real time visibility into procurement spend, supplier performance, inventory levels, and cost savings

  • Perform spend analysis, category reporting, and benchmark studies to identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities

  • Develop and distribute regular supply chain performance reports to leadership and cross functional stakeholders

  • Respond to ad hoc data and analysis requests from Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations leadership




  • Data Management & Governance:




  • Own and maintain the integrity of supply chain data within Flywheel’s ERP, procurement, and analytics systems

  • Develop and enforce data standards, definitions, and governance processes across supply chain functions

  • Partner with IT and Finance to ensure supply chain data is accurately captured, integrated, and accessible

  • Manage materials and vendor master data quality, including data cleansing and enrichment initiatives




  • Process & Systems Optimization:




  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and analytical workflows through automation and system improvements

  • Support the evaluation and implementation of supply chain technology solutions, including ERP enhancements and analytics platforms

  • Develop and document standard analytical methodologies and data models for the supply chain function




  • Strategic Support:




  • Provide analytical support for sourcing decisions, contract negotiations, and supplier strategy development

  • Support supply chain leadership in developing business cases and executive presentations with data driven insights

  • Monitor market trends and cost drivers to inform supply chain planning and procurement strategy
