What You'll Do:
- Manage group reservations: Handle group room block details, rooming lists, individual reservation, and special requests.
- Assist the sales team: Provide internal support to sales managers.
- Handle administrative and group billing tasks: Process group payments and deposits, manage final billing, and maintain organized records of all client communication and event details.
- Collaborate across departments: Work with other departments, such as catering, front desk, food & beverage, and accounting to ensure a seamless and seamless group experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal skills — you're outgoing, approachable, and energized by people
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, even during busy shifts
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience and knowledge highly desired
