Job Description

Position Summary



The Oregon/Washington/Idaho Marketing Support Coordinator provides marketing support for EPP’s affiliated practices in Oregon/Washington/Idaho. This role will work closely with EPP’s Marketing Manager, EPP doctors, Practice Administrators, and the Oregon Regional Director of Operations to strategize and organize various marketing campaigns across a variety of mediums. This position will spend time in each of EPP’s Oregon/Washington/Idaho offices.



Our ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, strategic, and outgoing. This role reports to EPP’s Marketing Manager.



Duties and Responsibilities



o Establish and maintain positive relationships with doctors, practice employees, and corporate staff



o Organize and support referral marketing strategies for each EPP practice in Oregon/Washington/Idaho.



o Produce and analyze reports for trend analysis, campaign effectiveness, and developing strategic marketing plans.



o Supply curated referral gift options for each of EPP’s partners in Oregon/Washington/Idaho on a quarterly basis.



o Coordinate local events to promote practices



o Responsible for ordering branded marketing items based on practice needs



o Provide monthly budget updates to corporate marketing team, doctors, and key practice employees.



o Oversee print, web advertisements, and sponsorships for practices



o Manage online presence for each EPP practice in Oregon/Washington/Idaho.



o Manage website updates.



Required Skills / Abilities



o Strong knowledge of referral-driven marketing campaigns, preferred



o Ability to prioritize and work independently



o Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal



o Adobe proficient



o Comfortable building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders



o Must possess excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task and maintain a professional manner under busy and stressful circumstances



o Ability to handle multiple practice projects simultaneously.



o Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)



o Experience with social media platforms and social media aggregators



o Knowledge of Google My Business and Google AdWords



o Experience using Adobe Creative Suite a plus



o Occasional travel up to 25%



Education and Experience



o Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent experience



o 1-3 years of customer service experience



o Previous experience planning and coordinating events a plus



o Previous experience in Healthcare Marketing a plus



o Experience with CRM systems a plus



 



Physical Requirements



o Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer



o Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times



o Must have reliable transportation
