Position Details

  • Location: Peninsula Post Acute

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Starting Rate: $22 per hour

  • Schedule (Wednesday – Sunday):

    • Wed – Sat: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (AM/Mid-Shift)

    • Sunday: PM Shift

The Impact You’ll Make

As a Housekeeper, you are essential to the health and comfort of our residents. You will ensure our facility remains a sanitized, orderly, and odor-free environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sanitization: Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas (lobbies, restrooms, and hallways).

  • Detail-Oriented Cleaning: Maintain floors, windows, mirrors, and light fixtures; ensure handrails and dispensers are dust-free.

  • Safety First: Follow strict safety protocols, manage chemical storage securely, and use "Caution" signage.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage supplies, keep your housekeeping cart organized, and operate equipment according to instructions.

  • Resident Advocacy: Report any safety concerns immediately to leadership and maintain a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude with residents and families.
