What You’ll Do
Canvass residential neighborhoods to connect with homeowners and generate leads
Perform roof inspections, identify storm damage with interested homeowners and educate homeowners about insurance claims
Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers
Track leads and follow up with potential clients
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
Positive attitude and resilience in a sales environment
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Sales experience is a plus but not required
Must a valid driver's license and a pick-up truck, or the ability to acquire one within 60 days of hire
