Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Café Anatolia is a growing cafe chain with 12
branches throughout the North Island. We have an excellent reputation for
fresh, healthy and Turkish cuisine made to order for our customers. We serve
over 14000 customers in a week with a team of over 110 employees in the group.
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable
Customer Service Representatives to join our Café Anatolia team at our Levin Store.
This role focuses on delivering excellent service to customers and upholding Café Anatolia standards, with core duties including
taking orders, cash handling, offering a loyalty programme, food & drink
preparation, serving customers, and cleaning.
Requirements
- A passion for customer service
- Reliability, flexibility and a willingness to learn
- A commitment to satisfying company and quality standards
- The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Experience in the retail or hospitality industry. This requirement may be waived for applicants with the right attitude. Extensive on the job training will be provided.
- Barista skills and experience are desired

- Competitive remuneration reflective of your skills and experience, with a base hourly rate of $23.50 per hour (Gross)

- Full-Time eligible employees will have the option to complete Level-3/ Level-4 qualification in Hospitality/Business funded by the business.
