HR Intern 

JM Test Systems 

Internship (Part-time or Full-time) 

On-site

equipment calibration, sales, rentals, and electrical safety services — is
looking for a curious, motivated HR Intern to join our team. This is a
fantastic opportunity to gain real-world HR experience while supporting a
workforce of 500+ employees across 13 locations nationwide. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist with
    onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork and coordinating
    orientation schedules 
  • Maintain
    and update employee records in the HRIS system with accuracy and
    confidentiality 
  • Support
    the recruitment process by posting job listings, scheduling interviews,
    and communicating with candidates 
  • Help
    coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and
    company events 
  • Assist in
    preparing HR reports, presentations, and internal communications 
  • Handle
    day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and inbox
    management 
  • Support
    compliance activities by helping maintain required documentation
    and tracking deadlines 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Currently
    pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business
    Administration, or a related field 
  • Strong
    organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Ability
    to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism 
  • A
    team-first mindset and eagerness to learn — you thrive in a collaborative,
    family-oriented environment 

 

Nice to Have 

  • Prior
    internship or coursework related to HR or business operations 
  • Familiarity
    with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, BambooHR) 
  • Interest
    in technical services, calibration, or safety-driven industries
