The Role
As a Test Engineer, you will be at the heart of our R&D and innovation projects. Reporting directly to the Prototype and Testing Manager, your mission is to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our machines through rigorous validation processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Validation & Collaboration: Lead the validation phases for hydraulic components and machine transmissions, working closely with key suppliers (Core Activity).

Endurance Testing: Oversee and monitor machine endurance tests to guarantee long-term durability.

Safety & Compliance: Verify load diagrams, overload stability, and platform stability.

Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive tests regarding weighing, vibration, noise, visibility, and operator comfort.

Field Diagnostics: Evaluate and identify structural issues directly in the field.

Team Support: Provide technical expertise and support to fellow team members.

What You Bring
We are looking for a meticulous professional with a strong engineering background and a proactive mindset.

Technical Requirements:

Education: Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.

Experience: Approximately 3 years of experience as a Test Engineer, preferably within the Automotive, Earthmoving, or Agricultural sectors.

 

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in structural and stability calculations.

Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.

Expertise in data acquisition tools: Dewesoft, Hydrotechnik, Vbox, Vector, Kvaser.

Deep understanding of analog and digital sensors and their applications.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar suites.

Languages: Good command of English is required; knowledge of French is considered a strong plus.

 

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively.

An innovative spirit with a focus on clear communication and active listening.
