Overview The SVP, Influencer Enablement Lead is responsible for driving influencer revenue growth, commercial strategy, and agency integration across Publicis Groupe’s largest and most performance-driven media agencies. This role operates as the senior commercial lead and strategic partner leadership, responsible for embedding Influential into the agency’s core planning process and scaling influencer as a repeatable, high-impact growth lever across clients. Responsibilities Revenue Growth & Commercial Leadership Own influencer revenue growth across agency portfolio accounts Lead new business, upsell, and expansion opportunities end-to-end Build and structure commercial models aligned to client needs and profitability targets Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and deal conversion Agency Partnership & Integration Serve as the primary senior partner to agency leadership (CIO, investment, content and planning teams) Embed influencer into media planning, investment strategy, and cross-channel activation Ensure Influential is positioned as a core partner, not a point solution Strategic Leadership Translate client and agency needs into scalable influencer strategies Bring a strong POV on measurement, performance, and integrated media + creator solutions Partner with Client Management to ensure seamless transition from sale → delivery Enablement & Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of Enablement sellers Drive best practices across pitching, commercial structuring, and agency engagement Act as escalation point for commercial, client, and growth challenges What Success Looks Like Consistent pipeline growth and conversion across key accounts Strong commercial discipline and strategic upleveling Trusted senior partner to agency leadership Qualifications 15+ years in media, digital, or social/influencer sales/strategy Deep experience with large agency ecosystems and media planning Proven ability to sell complex, integrated solutions Strong commercial acumen across pricing models and deal structuring Executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
