Sourcing Coordinator II - 3 - 5 years' experience
Sourcing Coordinator III - 6 - 8 years' experience
Contract duration: 3 headcounts till 1st Oct 2026 and 2 headcounts till 1st Oct 2027
Start Date: ASAP
Working hours: UK working hours
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our digital sourcing and contracting activities. The role focuses on supplier communication, contract understanding, system usage, and precise process tracking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day e-mail communication with suppliers and proactively track progress on open actions
- Support and review digital contracts, ensuring a solid understanding of contract content and key commercial terms
- Contribute to negotiation and sourcing activities within the digital domain
- Use and maintain sourcing and contract data in Compass, Ariba, and ADO systems
- Ensure accurate administration, documentation, and end-to-end process tracking
- Manage multiple tasks in parallel while meeting tight deadlines and changing priorities

Required Skills & Experience
- Good understanding of digital contracts and commercial content is a must
- Hands-on experience with digital sourcing and negotiations
- Practical knowledge of Compass, Salesforce Ariba, and ADO systems – good to have (training is provided)
- Strong attention to detail with a structured, process-driven mindset
- Comfortable working under time pressure in a dynamic environment
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver with minimal supervision
- Strong written communication skills, especially in supplier-facing interactions
