JOB SUMMARY
These roles support the full lifecycle of cannabis production-from plant care and cultivation to harvesting, trimming, and packaging-while ensuring compliance with all company SOPs and regulatory standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Cultivation (Plant-Focused Responsibilities):
- Perform daily plant care including watering, pruning, defoliation, and transplanting
- Monitor plant health and report pests, mold, or nutrient issues
- Assist with feeding schedules and fertigation processes
- Maintain clean and organized grow rooms
Post-Harvest (Production-Focused Responsibilities):
- Trim, buck, and manicure cannabis plants to quality standards
- Assist with drying, curing, and storage processes
- Maintain clean workstations and follow sanitation protocols
OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Support inventory tracking and product movement (METRC experience a plus)
- Assist with quality control checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work in a physically active environment (standing, bending, lifting)
- Comfortable working in high humidity, strong plant odors, and varying temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous cultivation, trimming, or production experience
- Cannabis industry experience
- Familiarity with METRC or regulated environments
