Content & Communications Manager
B2B Technology | Content, Messaging, and Digital Execution
At UNICOM Engineering, we help the world’s leading technology companies bring advanced infrastructure to life—from OEM system integration to high‑performance and liquid‑cooled solutions supporting AI, edge, and data center environments.
We’re looking for a Content & Communications Manager who loves technology, enjoys writing, and wants real ownership of how a technical story is told across channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values collaboration, and feedback, and stays focused and resilient as priorities evolve.
This role sits at the center of our marketing team and works closely with engineering, sales, partners, and external agencies to ensure our content is accurate, compelling, and aligned to business goals.
This role is for you if you:
- Genuinely enjoy writing and want it to be a core part of your role
- Are curious about technology and comfortable learning complex concepts
- Take ownership and work well independently, without needing constant direction
- Stay organized and adaptable when managing multiple projects and inputs
- Value feedback, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What you’ll do:
- Own and manage the content calendar, including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, videos, and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal subject‑matter experts and external partners to develop high‑quality content that supports demand generation, partner marketing, and brand awareness
- Ensure all content aligns with UNICOM Engineering’s voice, tone, and positioning, including immersion and liquid cooling capabilities
- Manage website content, SEO, landing pages, and lead‑capture experiences
- Build and execute email and nurture campaigns using marketing automation tools such as Marketo
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors for creative, advertising, and video production
- Track content and campaign performance and iterate to improve results
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining quality and follow‑through
