Roles & Responsibilities:

The Web/Product Analytics Analyst will own digital analytics tools and processes, ensuring high-quality data collection and delivering insights that support product, web, and marketing optimizations.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Manage and maintain Heap analytics: handle event tracking, variable ingestion, quality checks, and configuration to support product and user behavior analysis.
2. Implement, analyze, and report using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including custom events, funnels, user journeys, conversion paths, and performance dashboards.
3. Build and maintain interactive dashboards/reports (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) for web/product KPIs, engagement metrics, drop-offs, feature adoption, and user flows.
4. Perform ad-hoc product/web analyses, A/B test evaluations, root-cause investigations, and proactive trend identification; partner with stakeholders to drive optimizations.
5. Monitor data integrity, troubleshoot tracking issues, and collaborate on tagging/improvement initiatives; support transitions and documentation of analytics processes.
