Xceleration is seeking a motivated and analytically driven Client Analytics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is designed for a high-potential recent graduate who can operate fluidly across client-facing account management and internal financial planning and analysis (FP&A). The ideal candidate brings both quantitative rigor and strong interpersonal skills. This individual will be an integral member of the Client Solutions team supporting two of Xceleration’s most strategic customer relationships — Sage and Alcon — while also serving as a key FP&A resource for the Finance team under a dotted-line to our Controller. This dual mandate makes the role uniquely impactful and career-accelerating for the right individual.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Client Solutions & Account Management
Support Client Solutions team in managing and growing Xceleration’s relationships with Sage and Alcon, two of the company’s most important enterprise clients:
- Serve as a day-to-day resource for account management tasks, client communications, and deliverables across the Sage and Alcon portfolios (8 hours a week)
- Assist with financial modeling and analysis for client programs, proposals, and business reviews (6 hours a week)
- Support data analysis of program performance for the Sage platform and Rebate Program, translating findings into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders (5 hours a week)
- Become subject matter expert on the Pendo platform, including reporting, standardizing page tagging, and maintaining internal data dashboards (2 hours a week)
2. Finance & FP&A Support
Serve as a cross-functional FP&A resource for the Finance team, contributing analytical horsepower to a variety of internal projects: (~19 hours a week)
- Assist the Finance team with FP&A projects, including but not limited to commissions recoupment analysis for travel programs
- Support financial modeling and analysis for the company’s various business initiatives and planning cycles
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as needed
What Success Looks Like
In the first 90 days, this individual will:
- Transition concierge order processing off the current owner’s plate with zero drop in SLA
- Deliver at least one FP&A analysis for the Finance team
- Produce first program performance data analysis for Sage or Alcon
By 12 months, this individual will be recognized as:
- A trusted extension of the Client Solutions team on Sage and Alcon
- A reliable FP&A contributor that Finance turns to for analytical support
Desired skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel required
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Pendo, Tableau, or similar a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable in client-facing settings
- High degree of initiative, attention to detail, and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams across different functional areas simultaneously
