Base: $70,000 | OTE: $120,000–$180,000+ (Uncapped)

James & Whitney Co. is a growing residential remodeling and exterior services company focused on delivering high-quality roofing, siding, and home improvement solutions. We pride ourselves on a strong customer experience, a performance-driven culture, and building teams that win.

As part of a larger platform backed by Omnia Exterior Solutions, we are continuing to scale and are looking for a Sales Manager to lead from the front and drive growth.

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and holding accountable a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue and performance goals. This is a hands-on, field-driven leadership role. You will be coaching reps, driving production, and building a high-performing team.

You will play a critical role in executing sales strategy, improving close rates, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience from first interaction through project handoff.

Requirements:

  • Lead, coach, and hold sales reps accountable to performance
  • Drive revenue, close rates, and pipeline activity
  • Conduct ride-alongs and provide real-time coaching
  • Recruit, hire, and train new sales reps
  • Track KPIs and manage performance through CRM
  • Partner with operations to ensure a strong customer experience

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of sales experience, 3+ years in leadership
  • Proven ability to drive team performance and revenue
  • Experience in roofing, remodeling, or home services preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, field-based environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $70,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000–$180,000+ (uncapped)
