Dental Hygienist / Monday - Thursday Schedule / $5,000 sign-on Bonus

We’re hiring a Dental Hygienist to join our modern, patient-focused practice at Alliance Family Dentistry! If you’re a team-oriented RDH who loves providing high-quality care, strong patient education, and practicing to the full extent of your scope, then we want to meet you.

Compensation & Benefits

On-target earnings of $57–$60/hour (base pay + production bonus), $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires
Monday - Thursday Schedule

What We’re Looking For

Active CO RDH license
CPR/BLS certified
Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar
Strong communication + teamwork

What You’ll Do

Provide preventive and periodontal care
Deliver strong patient education and oral-systemic health discussions
Build lasting patient relationships
Use modern technology, including DentalAI
Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team
