    Health Office Aide - Education Support Specialist
    Location: High School 
    7.00 Hours/Day - Monday through Friday

    Starting August 2026

    Job Summary:
    Under the direction of the Licensed School Nurse, responsible for health care services, medication administration, and maintenance of health records within the building(s) of assignment and in accordance with District policies and procedures.

    Education & Qualifications Requirements:

    • License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) from Minnesota Board of Nursing.
    • Current CPR certification for the Healthcare Professional and current First Aid certification.


    Essential Skills:

    • Use flexible thinking and adaptability to address student needs and responds calmly during crisis situations, when necessary.
    • Experience/comfort with providing complex medical cares to students in the school environment (suctioning, trach care, tube feeding, etc) -will train if needed
    • Effective communication and teaming skills, both verbally and in writing, with students, parents, teachers, administrators, community and staff
    • Establishes a culture for learning by supporting the mission, beliefs and the strategic plan of the district
    • Maintain confidentiality of information about students, staff and families
    • Experience working with diverse students and families - experience/training with CLR (Culturally Linguistically Responsive) methods preferred


    Hourly Pay Range:  $19.44 - $29.04
