Qualifications and Details about the Position
| Ability to read and interpret P&ID’s, isometric, plan, orthographic and elevation drawings, Ability to perform bolt up, hydraulic torquing & tensioning per QC standards, Ability to rig equipment & components during installation & demolition of fixed equipment, Knowledge of proper gaskets and bolting selections to specifications, Understanding how to isolate, drain and blind industrial fixed equipment systems for maintenance, Ability to dismantle & reassemble all FEMA type Exchangers, Ability to dismantle & reassemble all tower & drum internal components, Ability to field verify, cut, prep, fit, & weld nozzles, iron & other components to fix equipment to specification, Ability to perform Hydrotest on fixed equipment per QC/ Client standards. |
