Dietary Aide – Part-Time
Facility: Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab
Location: Reading, PA

As a Dietary Aide, you will play a key role in delivering nutritious meals and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve meals promptly and efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience

  • Sanitize worktables, equipment, and storage areas to maintain kitchen cleanliness

  • Assist with meal preparation and support the cook as needed

  • Deliver food trays to dining areas and assist with dishwashing after meals

  • Follow established dietary policies and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
