Job Summary:
As a Service Manager, you are the person our customers look to for help with their vehicles. You play a crucial role in building relationships with our customers by providing hospitality, ensuring their satisfaction, and managing the repair process.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manage and hire technicians and service advisors.
- Train service advisors and other support staff.
- Supervise and direct employees.

- Ensure every customer entering our facility is treated with hospitality and the highest level of respect.
- Present the best repair solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Effectively manage the workflow of the store.
- Consistently and honestly sell our services while maintaining integrity.
- Foster a positive attitude and promote a team atmosphere.
- Communicate professionally to establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Prepare monthly and annual business goals.
- Always represent the organization with honesty and integrity.
- Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities.
- Ensure all work is performed according to specifications.
