- Partner with senior leaders to influence organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Drive retention, engagement, and internal mobility, while supporting succession planning and leadership development
- Use people data and insights to identify trends and guide smarter business decisions
- Lead and support change management initiatives as the organization continues to grow and evolve
- Build and enhance performance management processes and coach leaders to elevate team performance
- Strengthen and manage employee engagement programs and tools
- Serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, balancing risk, compliance, and employee experience
- Partner closely with Learning & Development to support ongoing coaching, training, and growth opportunities
- Support and oversee core HR programs, including compensation, benefits, recruiting partnership, and compliance
- 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong partnership with leaders and executives
- Proven ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes through strong business acumen
- Experience with organizational design, talent strategy, and change management
- Confidence navigating employee relations and complex people challenges
- A data-driven mindset, you know how to use insights, not just instincts
- Comfort in a lean, build-as-you-go environment where you’ll wear multiple hats
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels
- Experience with tools like ADP Workforce Now, Quantum Workplace, or similar platforms
- A creative, forward-thinking approach to people programs
