Creative Dining Services at Auto Owners in Lansing, MI is looking for a personable, organized and skilled Cook to join the dining services team.  

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Minimum of 3 years cooking experience
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• ServSafe Certification

Core Responsibilities:

• Planning, Prepping and Preparing food items in a timely manner, according to established recipes and menus
• Utilize batch cooking techniques to avoid over- or under-production
• Utilize safe food handling, holding and storage techniques at all times
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Support other kitchen employees in assuring that the essential functions of the kitchen are performed adequately and appropriately
• Removal of refuse as needed
• Putting away/Pulling stock as needed
• Great time management
