Mindcolor Autism is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing clinical and operations teams. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about connecting high-quality clinicians and staff with meaningful opportunities.

To ensure alignment with the needs of this role, candidates must have at least 1 year of experience recruiting within the ABA field (BTs, RBTs, BCBAs, or similar roles) and at least 1 year of hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Candidates who do not meet these minimum qualifications will not be considered at this time.

The Role

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across clinical and administrative roles, including BTs, RBTs, BCBAs, and operations staff
  • Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide market insights 
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, including passive talent
  • Promote Mindcolor’s employer brand to expand recruiting reach
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and internal policies

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide cross-functional support to teams including Co-Founders, Prior Authorization, Billing, and Operations
  • Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
  • Escalate concerns to appropriate leadership teams when necessary

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience recruiting within the ABA field (BTs, RBTs, BCBAs, or similar roles)
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Basic understanding of AI 
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels
  • Proven ability to build relationships and deliver strong candidate experiences
  • Comfortable managing frequent phone communication throughout the day
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Applicants located in Central or Mountain Time Zones are preferred
