About the role

• We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our dynamic team on our 1st Shift Mon - Fri 6AM - 3:30PM, Saturdays as needed from 6AM - 12:30PM. As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality components that meet our rigorous standards. This position is essential to our commitment to innovation and excellence in manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Edit Programs and set up HAAS CNC Lathes to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining requirements.
• Perform quality checks using bore gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Maintain tooling and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machining processes and product quality.
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
• Proficiency in G-Code, M-code, Fanuc controls and blueprint reading.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and bore gauges.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
