Regional Vice President – Atlanta, GA
We are a rapidly growing, market-leading safety and risk management firm backed by private investment, and we are seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to lead and expand our Atlanta operations.
This role is responsible for overseeing regional performance, leading a team of safety professionals, and driving continued growth across the Southeast. You will partner closely with Business Development leadership and report directly to the CEO.

What You'll Do
Own full P&L responsibility for the Atlanta region
Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring strong performance and service delivery
Partner with Business Development to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and key partners
Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~12 safety professionals
Oversee hiring, staffing, performance management, and team development
Ensure high client satisfaction across all projects and engagements
Drive operational excellence, accountability, and consistency across the region
Identify opportunities for process improvements and service expansion
What We're Looking For
Executive or senior leadership experience in construction, industrial services, or a related field
Strong P&L management experience and business operations leadership
Proven ability to grow revenue and expand market presence
Background in construction safety, risk management, or related disciplines preferred
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Ability to build strong client relationships with contractors and developers
Strong leadership presence with a focus on accountability and results
Safety certifications (CHST, CSP, OSHA, etc.) are a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $140,000 – $150,000
