What You’ll Be Contributing:
In this role, you will be responsible for the testing, validation, optimization, and deployment of AI-accelerated hardware platforms, including immersion-ready servers and enterprise-grade compute solutions with an emphasis on AI and HPC workloads utilizing NVIDIA (not limited to) GPUs.
Core Responsibilities
- Test and validate enterprise-grade AI hardware in Air cooled environment as well in Direct Liquid cooling and immersion-ready (PAO fluid) server platforms;
- Execute benchmarking and stress tests to evaluate performance, thermal behavior, and system stability, focused on AI workloads but not limited to;
- Compatibility testing, perform integration and Optimize system performance, particularly using NVIDIA (H200, B200…), Intel and AMD GPUs;
- Assist in deployment and troubleshooting of AI computing infrastructure in data centers or lab environments;
- Troubleshoot and analyze hardware failures, thermal irregularities, or firmware/software inconsistencies during validation;
- Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and technical recommendations for product improvements;
- Support Linux-based systems including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting;
- Communicate with vendors and customers to coordinate technical support and solutions;
- Keep detailed, structured documentation of issues, discoveries, fixes, and procedures;
- Stay current on hardware trends; able to effectively adopt and work with new products within a single release cycle;
- Deliver responsive, customer-focused support with a problem-solving mindset and sense of urgency.
What Sets You Apart:
- 5+ years of experience in hardware testing or systems integration, preferably in AI or HPC environments;
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA GPUs and their toolkits (e.g., CUDA, NVML, Nsight);
- Knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and GPU scaling strategies and their interaction with hardware;
- Scripting experience with Python, Bas for test automation;
- Experience with Linux environments and system-level troubleshooting;
- Solid understanding of hardware components: CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, and networking;
- Strong documentation and communication skills;
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support others;
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment and takes initiative;
- A mindset focused on continuous learning, innovation, and contributing to shared success.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer hardware-related field preferred; college diploma with a hardware specialization will also be considered;
- Industry NVIDIA / AI certifications, CompTIA A+, Server+, Linux+, or similar are a plus;
- Experience working with OEM/ODM server platforms;
- Exposure to AI/ML workflows and model deployment;
- Familiarity with data center standards, rack-level integration, and power/cooling design;
- Ability to travel domestic and/or international travel up to 25%.
