As a Restaurant opener and baker, you will be responsible for setting the tone every day, shaking and baking a good experience for our beloved customers and setting the stage to an awesome day, every day!’. You’ll also help your Restaurant Management Team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.

WINNIN’

 

  • You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
  • You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
  • You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Qualifications


  • One or more years restaurant management (assistant or otherwise) experience
  • Open/ flexible work availability
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

  • Cultivate a 5-star team environment by recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members; communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, enforce policies and procedures
