What You’ll Do
As a Compounder / Batcher, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing operation—bringing formulas to life safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Your day‑to‑day work will include:

Mixing and compounding products according to established formulas and batching instructions
Operating kettles, pumps, and homogenizers, including heating and cooling processes
Partnering with the lab team to troubleshoot and resolve batching issues
Weighing raw materials, finished products, and drums with precision
Labeling drums and completing required production documentation
Cleaning and sanitizing kettles, equipment, and the water system
Retrieving materials from the warehouse and assisting with bulk inventory
Following all SOPs, GMP standards, and safety guidelines
Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and inspection‑ready
Pitching in with additional tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring

High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong understanding of written and spoken English
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, conversions)
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Nice‑to‑Have (Not Required):

1+ year of experience in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or similar manufacturing environments
Experience in production, sanitation, or quality control

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent climbing of stairs and working around wet or slippery conditions
Comfortable working in a climate‑controlled manufacturing environment
Ability to use computers or tablets
